Yes – children are allowed in the pub until 10pm, however for big sports events and fixtures it is best to call ahead to check if children will be permitted. 

We allow all football tops to be worn, but there may be exceptions on specific occasions depending on sports fixtures – it is always best to call ahead and check to avoid disappointment. 

Yes! Everything on our menu is cooked fresh on site by our chef. Everything is cooked with high quality, locally sourced ingredients. If you have any allergies please let one of the team know before your booking.

Yes Malones Leith is a wheelchair accessible pub with a disabled toilet available to patrons.

Celebrate your special occasion, product launch, staff-do and more up on our stylish Mezzanine level. Our events space has the capacity for up to 70 guests. We can also cater to your specific requirements regarding food, drink, decoration and entertainment.

We do not usually charge an entry fee, although this may vary for specific events so it is best to check ahead.

We operate a challenge 25 policy, therefore if a member of staff believes you look under 25 years when serving you at the bar, you will be asked to produce ID

Acceptable documents to prove your age are a valid passport, a UK or Ireland photo card driving licence, a UK military ID, a UK biometric residence permit (BRP) or any PASS-accredited proof-of-age card. All ID must have a photograph of you, include your date of birth and outline the validity period of the document.

We ask that you respect staff when they are enforcing the challenge 25 policy – they are just doing their jobs!

Walk-ins are accepted on a first come first serve basis, we recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment!
